    The role

    You will manage a portfolio of complex disputes, with a focus on shareholder and director disputes, corporate disputes and construction claims. You will prepare court applications and documents, look after clients and mentor junior lawyers.

    What you will need

    At least 5 years PQE in commercial litigation, strong experience of shareholder and director disputes and a practical approach to resolving disputes.
