Senior Associate, Contentious Construction, 5+ PQE
The role
You will join a large construction team handling complex disputes. You will advise on payment, extensions of time, defects and insurance, run adjudications, arbitrations and mediations, draft submissions and witness statements, handle TCC proceedings, supervise junior lawyers and support business development.
What you will need
5+ years PQE in contentious construction and a 2:1 degree. You will need good knowledge of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and the CPR, experience of adjudication, mediation and court work, and experience supervising others.
