    The role

    A broad property litigation caseload. You will advise on landlord and tenant disputes including lease renewals, dilapidations and forfeiture, development issues such as rights of light, restrictive covenants and boundary disputes, possession claims and trespass, and property insolvency and enforcement. You will draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel, attend hearings and mediations, run your own files and support partners on larger litigation and ADR. Training juniors and business development are part of the role.

    What you will need

    A solicitor qualified in England and Wales, ideally with five years or more PQE in property litigation. Strong technical knowledge, County Court and First Tier Tribunal experience, an organised approach and good written and verbal skills.
