Senior Associate, Residential Property Disputes
The role
You will handle a varied caseload, mainly residential landlord and tenant work, including service charge disputes, possession claims, forfeiture and enfranchisement. Clients include private, public sector and housing landlords. You will build client relationships in the North West, take part in business development and delegate work to junior fee earners.
What you will need
5 years relevant PQE or more.
Experience of complex residential property disputes and strong technical skills.
Able to supervise junior colleagues.
Commercial awareness and clear written and spoken communication.
