    The role

    You will handle commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, including running closings with a high degree of independence. This is a senior seat with a clear succession plan: the aim is for you to step up and lead the paralegal team in roughly two to three years. Lender side experience is useful, though not essential.

    What you will need

    • 7 to 10 years or more as a commercial real estate paralegal at a law firm
    • Experience running closings end to end on your own
    • A stable work history
    • Happy to be in the Newark office 4 days a week
