    Senior In House Counsel, Contracts and Commercial (8 PQE+)

    The role

    You will support the firm's own commercial contracting across its international network.

    • Handle day to day commercial queries and escalations
    • Keep contract frameworks, policies and templates up to date
    • Advise on supplier deals, client terms and partnerships
    • Support contract technology and AI projects
    • Coordinate junior team members and deliver training

    What you will need

    • Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years in commercial contracts
    • Experience in professional services, a regulated business or an international setting
    • A practical, risk based approach
    • An interest in technology and process improvement
