    The role

    You will bring and grow a patent or trademark prosecution practice, with the firm providing the support around you. Pay is linked to results, with a share of collections, origination credit on new business and a share of firm profits. We will want to understand the size of your book, your balance between prosecution and litigation, and any client conflicts.

    What you will need

    • 5 to 20 years of patent or trademark prosecution
    • A portable book of business
    • USPTO registration for patent work, or bar admission for trademark work
    • Able to reach the northern New Jersey office on a hybrid basis
