    The role

    There are several openings in a banking and finance team focused on corporate debt and leveraged finance.

    • Advise private equity sponsors, corporates, banks and funds on finance deals
    • Take part in business development, events and client meetings
    • Support the development of junior lawyers
    • Help with training and know how

    What you will need

    • 4 years PQE or more
    • Strong experience in corporate debt and leveraged finance
    • Able to work on your own and as part of a team
    • A strong focus on client service
