    The role

    You will supervise a post completion team handling volume transactions from exchange to registration. You will manage trackers and deadlines, review and improve processes, approve transfers, leases and SDLT returns, deal with Land Registry requisitions and AP1 applications, and train paralegals and trainees.

    What you will need

    2+ years PQE as a solicitor, CILEx lawyer or licensed conveyancer, with 12+ months continuous post completion registration experience and volume transaction experience. You should have supervised a team before and ideally hold a 2:1 degree.
