    The role

    You will run your own caseload of housing management litigation and advisory work for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords. Work includes injunctions, possession claims and disrepair, plus non contentious housing advice. You will supervise junior staff and paralegals, deliver client training and help with business development.

    What you will need

    2+ years PQE in housing management or housing litigation. CILEx lawyers need civil litigation practice rights. You will need experience running your own files, the ability to supervise, strong IT skills, excellent communication and commercial awareness.
