    The role

    You will run your own caseload of property litigation for social landlords, local authorities and private landlords. Work includes service charge disputes, breach of lease claims, lease interpretation and building and fire safety advice. You will supervise junior staff and paralegals and help with client training and business development.

    What you will need

    3+ years PQE in housing or property litigation. CILEx lawyers need civil litigation practice rights. You should be able to run a caseload independently, supervise others and communicate well.
