    The role

    You will support attorneys on commercial real estate transactions, preparing and managing documents and keeping deals moving. The firm wants a career legal assistant who sees this as a long term role, so this is not a fit for anyone planning on law school. Advanced Word skills are central to the job. Candidates from Los Angeles or Orange County would need to relocate to San Diego.

    What you will need

    • 3 to 5 years or more as a transactional commercial real estate legal assistant at a law firm
    • A career legal assistant with no plans for law school
    • Expert level Microsoft Word
    • Happy in the downtown San Diego office 5 days a week
